Bailey Herron

My name is Bailey, and I am one of the client service representatives at Fifth Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I joined the FAVC team in September 2020, after working at another clinic for 5 years. I have over 7 years in the veterinary field, starting as an animal care attendant in high school for co-op in 2012. In 2014, I graduated from a one-year animal care program at Sheridan College and have been working in clinics ever since.

My love for animals has always been strong but really grew when I got my first dog Eddie as a graduation gift. As a kid, my dream job was a veterinarian, but as I grew up, I realized that I love the clinic setting, but such a large responsibility was not for me. Instead, I love interacting with clients and their pets and much rather work at the front desk. I find animal nutrition very interesting and am always taking different courses and conferences to better my knowledge in that department. I love working at FAVC because of the care and passion that every team member has for our patients. We truly love what we do.

Currently, I share my home with 4 crazy cats, 2 silly dogs, a cute hamster and one sassy toddler. When I’m not at work, you can find me cuddled up on the couch watching crime documentaries, crafting DIY’s or creating digital artwork. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!
